Advanced training to drive high-impact improvement
Course Structure
- A 15-week program conducted by the TBM LeanSigma® Institute. Five
weeks of training, with approximately ten weeks of mentored project
work.
- During in-plant training, the class participates in an actual Sigma
Kaizen event, to learn how to apply their classroom learning to an actual
project - and experience the rapid impact of key analytical improvement
tools
- In between classroom sessions, students use Sigma Kaizen at their
facility to implement what they have learned
- TBM instructors mentor students online and by phone as they progress
through training
- Certification is provided upon successful completion of classroom
training and two projects

- LeanSigma principles, Sigma Kaizen methodology, value stream analysis
and Six Sigma statistical problem-solving tools
- How Sigma Kaizen reduces the timing of Black Belt projects from six
months or more - to six weeks or less
- How to lead project teams to rapidly implement high-impact business
